The walking path adjacent to the river in Webb Park and Smith Conservancy is mostly covered with water. The public works yard is under several inches of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 14.1 feet.
